About Amy

Welcome! So glad you decided to stop by and join me on this motherhood adventure.  I am a Southern Californian who is married to an amazing Godly man who teaches middle school music by day and writes kids worship music by night.  I have 4 amazing kiddos 3 boys ages 10, 8, 5 and a sweet princess who is 3.

In this motherhood journey my faith in Jesus has been my saving grace.  There are more days than I care to admit that I have to spend some time in the garage at my washing machine asking for forgiveness and strength. Motherhood has forces on my knees as I seek to train up these kiddos. I am encouraged that His mercies are new every morning.

I love Dr Pepper, making bread, the St Louis Cardinals and opening my home to hang out with my mama friends. I think community is life changing and have been blessed to be involved in a ministry at my local church called Mom to Mom for lots of years. (I keep having babies and they haven’t kicked me out yet).  I have learned lots being in leadership and love to watch women learn to use their gifts to serve God.

I would love for you to join me as we seek God’s face each day for encouragement, strength and a swift kick when we need one.

  1. Hi Amy thank you so much for visiting my blog today! And so glad to know you are going to Declare Conference. Hopefully we’ll bump to each other there and get connected!

  2. I love your “About” page and am overjoyed to find another St. Louis Cardinal fan — in Southern California, no less! 🙂 I currently live near St. Louis (in St. Charles, MO), but I’m from a town about 90 miles south of the city, right on the Mississippi River. If you ever want to head my way and take in a Cardinals game, you’d always be welcome at my place. 🙂 I’m definitely going to try to find you at the Declare Conference next week.

    • How fun that you are a Cardinal fan. We just went to see them win yesterday in San Diego. Looking forward to meeting you and discussing this crazy trade with Allen Craig and Joe Kelly.
